To find this new wave of leaders, we all need to be talent scouts. But we also need to recognize our capacity to become our own leaders, and to take responsibility for our own future. This Organizing Corner will focus on developing leadership - the kind of leadership that develops the leadership of others while being an authentic and effective voice for change.
